Data and purposes
Names, pronunciation, occasion, relationship, style and memories are used to create the song (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Email is used for preview and download delivery, without a newsletter. Payment providers process payments directly; we receive status, amount and method (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)). Technical logs support security and troubleshooting (Article 6(1)(f)). Please do not include sensitive details or information the recipient does not wish to share.
Providers
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for orders and files, Anthropic for lyrics and the configured music provider for music. Music providers receive lyrics and style, not your email. Stripe and PayPal process payments. Resend or IONOS deliver transactional emails. The German version describes transfer arrangements and providers.
Retention
Unpaid previews and related details are deleted after 90 days. Purchased files and order details are retained while their links remain available. Accounting records are kept as required by tax and commercial law, up to ten years.
Cookies and analytics
No tracking or advertising cookies are currently used. Future analytics or marketing services will require your prior consent.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing under Article 6(1)(f). Contact us by email. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
