Withdraw from the contract
Send your request online. A receipt will be sent by email.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within fourteen days of its conclusion.
How to withdraw
Send the provider named below a clear statement by email or through the online form. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory. Sending your request before the period expires is sufficient.
Consequences
If you withdraw, payments received will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee.
Early expiry
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right expires when performance begins following your express agreement to start before the period ends, your acknowledgement of losing the right and provision of confirmation.
Model form
To the provider named below: I/we hereby withdraw from the contract for the following digital content. Specify the content, order date, consumer name and address, date and a signature only for a paper notice. Delete whichever does not apply.
